Store-shelf sprays buy you a few quiet days; Nex Pest Control's Wasp Control technicians treat the source so the problem doesn't just come back after the can runs out.
Nex Pest Control technicians live and work around Wilsonville, which means the person inspecting your crawl space already knows how this soil and climate behave before they even open a toolbox.
Licensing isn't just a line on our website — it's checked, current, and something we'll show you on request before a single product goes down.
What keeps Nex Pest Control running in Wilsonville after all this time is unremarkable, honestly: we show up, we fix the actual problem, and we don't disappear if it comes back.
None of this replaces an actual on-site inspection, but knowing Wilsonville's pest patterns ahead of time means fewer wasted visits and faster answers for you.
Here's what tends to show up right before a Wilsonville homeowner finally picks up the phone.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. Waiting rarely makes the underlying colony smaller — it just gives it more time to spread into places that are harder and more expensive to treat.
Six service lines, one Wilsonville crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
When the situation can't wait — an active hive, a sudden swarm, a rodent loose near food prep — Nex Pest Control's after-hours crew treats it with the same license and insurance as any scheduled visit, just faster. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Wilsonville cases ahead of standard scheduling.
Standard residential service covers the everyday Wilsonville invaders — ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish — with an initial treatment and a recurring schedule that keeps pressure from building back up between visits. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Commercial Wasp Control accounts get discreet placements and a paper trail — every visit logged, every finding reported, so you're never caught off guard by an inspector's question. Multi-location Wilsonville accounts get one consistent point of contact instead of juggling separate vendors per site.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Bait stations installed on the property get checked on a monitoring schedule, so new activity is caught early instead of at next year's visit.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. Exclusion materials include hardware cloth, steel wool, and sealant rated for permanent structural gaps, not a temporary patch.
We'll flag chronic water sources on your Wilsonville property — a clogged gutter, an old planter — that keep re-seeding the population no matter how often we spray. One-time treatments ahead of an outdoor event can usually be scheduled within a day or two.
A short call to +1-844-564-2570 is usually all it takes to get a technician on the calendar. A dispatcher can usually give you an arrival window within minutes of the call.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
If anything's still active after the guarantee window, we're back at no extra charge. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
You approve one number before we start — no hourly clock running while a technician works. If something changes mid-visit, we stop and re-quote before continuing, rather than adjusting the bill after the fact.
Our Wilsonville technicians are already in the area, which is why same-day windows are the norm, not the exception. Dispatch can usually give you a two-hour arrival window rather than an all-day wait.
We'll provide proof of licensing and insurance on request, before anyone steps inside. Licensing status is current and checked, not just a claim on a website.
Our guarantee terms are spelled out in your service agreement, not left to a phone-call negotiation later. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a Wilsonville customer's trust over a technicality.
True around-the-clock coverage means an urgent call at 2am gets the same response as one at 2pm. A dispatcher will help you determine if your situation genuinely needs same-hour response or can wait for standard scheduling.
Years of Wilsonville-specific service visits mean fewer guesses and a treatment plan built around what actually works here. That local pattern data shortens the inspection and sharpens the first treatment plan, rather than starting from zero every visit.
We put the guarantee in writing on every Wilsonville service agreement — if the pest we treated for is still active after the recommended window, we return and re-treat at no charge.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. We'd rather absorb the cost of an extra visit than lose a Wilsonville customer's trust over a technicality in the fine print.
Called about roaches at 8pm on a Friday and honestly expected a voicemail. Got a real person and a technician the next morning.
Termite inspection found damage under the porch we had no idea about, and the report was thorough enough for our insurance claim.
Mice in the garage turned out to be coming through a gap under the door frame — sealed same visit, no return trip needed.
Service logs are ready every visit, which has made our compliance paperwork so much easier.
Wasp nest by our garage door got removed same-day, right as the kids were about to go play outside.
Monthly mosquito treatment made our patio usable again by the second visit — hadn't sat outside in the evening in years.
Ant trail kept coming back every summer no matter what we sprayed ourselves — turned out to be a single foundation crack the technician sealed in one visit.
Our property management company needed a standing service across six units and Nex Pest Control set up one consistent schedule with a single point of contact.
